Submitting a booking enquiry through the contact form does not constitute a confirmed booking. All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed directly by Aaron via email or phone.

All original music, recordings, photographs and written content on this site are the property of Aaron Norton unless otherwise stated. Tracks are provided for personal listening and free download. Redistribution or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

4. Guitar Fund

Contributions to the Guitar Fund via GoFundMe are voluntary and non-refundable. All funds go directly towards purchasing a new guitar and related equipment for live performances.

6. Social Media Automation and Third-Party Platforms

This website is associated with the “Aaron Norton Music” application, which automates the posting of music performance videos, gig announcements, and related content to social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and others. By using this site or interacting with content published through these services, you acknowledge the following:

TikTok Integration: The application uses TikTok’s Login Kit and Content Posting API to authenticate and publish video content directly to the Aaron Norton TikTok profile. The application accesses only the account holder’s own TikTok account and does not collect, store, or process TikTok data from any other users. No end-user TikTok data is sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising purposes.

Content Ownership: All video content published through the automation system (including performance clips, cover videos, and carousel announcements) remains the intellectual property of Aaron Norton.

API Compliance: The application complies with TikTok’s Developer Terms of Service, including their data usage policies, rate limits, and content guidelines. Content is posted solely for promotional and entertainment purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

This website is provided as-is. Aaron Norton is not liable for any issues arising from use of the site, including but not limited to inaccuracies in gig listings, technical errors, or the availability of content on third-party platforms.
