Acoustic musician for pubs and venues — regular nights & one-offs

Most weeks of the year I'm somewhere playing a pub. It's the part of the job I've done longest and the part I'm probably best at. If you run a pub, bar, restaurant or event venue and you're looking for someone dependable who can turn up, set up quickly, and play a set that actually pulls in drinkers, you're in the right place.

What pub landlords get from me

  • Reliability. I turn up when I say I'll turn up, I set up quickly, I don't faff. You can trust I'll be there.
  • A set that fills the room. I play crowd-pleasers, not deep cuts. Sheeran, Oasis, Fleetwood Mac, Passenger, Van Morrison, Stevie Wonder — the songs people want to sing along to, not the ones they politely tolerate.
  • Own PA and mic setup. Only thing I need from you is a plug socket and somewhere to stand.
  • Insurance. Full public liability and equipment cover — happy to share certificates if your insurer needs them.
  • Social media. I post pre-gig promo on my Instagram and YouTube for every booked gig, which does bring people in.

Regular nights or one-offs

I play both. Some pubs book me for a specific night every month or every quarter — it works well because the regulars learn to expect it and you build a crowd. Others just book me for a bank holiday, a sports Saturday, a Christmas Eve evening or a summer garden party.

Either works. Drop me a message with the night, the venue and how long a set you're after and I'll come back with availability.

Where I play

I'm based in Surrey and play regularly across:

  • Surrey: Woking, Guildford, Dorking, Leatherhead, Kingston, Esher, Weybridge, Chessington
  • London: Richmond, Twickenham, Wimbledon, Kingston upon Thames
  • Berkshire: Windsor, Ascot, Maidenhead
  • Further afield for the right booking

Hit me up via the contact form or have a look at my upcoming gigs to see where I'm playing publicly this week.
